APJ Regional Sales Manager

Oqton is seeking an APJ Regional Sales Manager to lead our software sales organization.

APJ Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales team and sales channel network across multiple countries in APJ and be accountable for regional revenue.

Using your management skills, you will be responsible to develop sales strategies and support sales for both direct and indirect sales as well as reinforce established relationships with partners and OEM’s.

The regional sales manager will work with leaders across our sales organization to collaborate and to ensure our organization hits our sales and revenue goals, while maintaining a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, leadership and guidance.


Responsibilities

  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Exceed revenue projections through indirect/direct sales
  • Lead and motivate sales to maximize efficiency & business results
  • Invest in employee development & engagement
  • Create and execute business plans
  • Identify business opportunities & initiatives in the region
  • Deliver regional forecasts
  • Reports and analytics on regional sales results
  • Willingness to contribute to the overall software BU success
  • Assist in building stronger software product roadmap by sharing market feedback
  • Build strong relationships with partners and OEM’s in the region
  • 25-50% travel
