Oqton is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team and support our global software sales organization.
The Sales Support Representative is a supportive role to our global sales organization with various administrative & operational responsibilities.
Your primary responsibilities are to develop and maintain smooth, effective sales processes to enable the sales organization.
You will create and monitor sales reports & dashboards and ensure data accuracy, as well as follow sales opportunities, quotations, customer purchase order requirements, terms & conditions, and subscription periods to warrant smooth selling processes.
This role is an integral part of a dynamic sales team whose goal is to develop and grow profitable business for the WW software sales organization through proactive engagement and communication with the various business units.
You will work in close collaboration with other departments, including Marketing, Finance and Sales so you must be flexible, awesome at communication, and driven, to be successful and become a key member of the overall success of Oqton.
Please note that this is a role with a Monday-to-Friday working schedule.

Team player, self-motivated and focused on details, with strong analytical skills
3+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations/sales support roles in a high-growth sales environment
Understanding of advanced sales processes and financial metrics
Experience with Salesforce administration and management
A self-starter who holds herself/himself accountable to exceed expectations
Being prepared to work from Monday to Friday (included).
