Job description


As a Product Marketing Manager for Healthcare at Oqton you will own all healthcare marketing programs for our intelligent Manufacturing OS, a cloud-based software platform that automates production workflows. You will be trusted to convey the value and vision of our innovative solutions to dental labs and medical device manufacturers globally.

This role will work closely with our Product Management and Sales teams to develop and execute product messaging and positioning, to support the awareness and adoption of Oqton in the healthcare industry. In addition to understanding our customer needs and capabilities, you will also be empowered to create and deliver marketing campaigns, establish healthcare industry partnership marketing activities, and build industry and product marketing content.


  • Manage a go-to-market plan targeting dental labs and medical device manufacturers based on the creation of product and persona messaging
  • Own the development and execution of healthcare marketing campaigns
  • Implement partnership marketing activities with industry vendors and partners
  • Develop and create industry and product marketing content such as brochures, flyers, web pages, presentations to help meet Sales and Marketing goals
  • Work with the Product Management team to clearly define the business value for target customers in sync with product release updates
  • Collaborate with digital and content marketing to promote your product via the right channels with the maximum impact and results
  • Support the development of press release content, media opportunities, tradeshow material, and technical seminars as required
  • Partner with Technical Sales and Channel Partner teams to develop relationships and identify customer story opportunities
  • Monitor competitive activities to inform future actions and decisions


Job requirements

We seek the following QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of related terminology and industry trends, preferably in the medical or dental sectors
  • 5+ years of B2B software product marketing experience
  • Ability to explain complicated topics simply and clearly
  • Strong campaign development skills
  • Ability to interface between Sales and Product Management and juggle priorities as required
  • Experience working for a global company
  • SaaS marketing
