Oqton’s Industrial Additive Manufacturing group is providing cutting edge software solutions for industrial grade 3D Printing users. Combining the best of cloud and desktop technologies, we are providing end-to-end software chains to our customers, including Design for Additive Manufacturing, Print Preparation, Simulation, ISM and production Workflow Management solutions. To continue growing our business, we are seeking a regional sales manager based in Germany who is a technology enthusiast, has 3 years experience in direct sales and is keen to help the 3D Printing Industry grow by streamlining software workflows for OEM 3D printing departments and service providers.

Your responsibilities will encompass identifying, developing and closing new business as well as nurturing business with existing customers. As part of the Oqton Industrial Additive team, you will be representing Oqton in your assigned region and will be a knowledgeable resource for existing and potential customers while keeping a pulse on market trends and new opportunities. Backed up by an experienced team of Application Engineers, your outgoing nature and ability to gain buy-in from other will help building our company’s reputation and revenue in your region.

  • Lead Identification and Qualification (Inbound and Outbound)
  • Manage the entire sales process, from in Qualification to Closing
  • Deliver presentations and make others excited about us
  • Develop a strong pipeline
  • Provide accurate forecasts
  • Work closely with the Oqton eco-system (AE’s, product Dev. and marketing) teams
  • Manage and maintain customer data in our CRM system

Job requirements


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience selling technical products (hardware/software) in EMEA
  • Fluent in German and English
  • You are a self-sufficient and excited about creating things
  • Proactive engagement & entrepreneurial thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical understanding
  • Willingness to travel (~25%)

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in Additive Manufacturing, ideally AM Software.
  • Salesforce experience
